She looks at him. "I'll have a bounty on my head even if I leave." She growls. Then shakes her head. She lifts her head then and smells the air. Her eyes darken. "Hunter, get him out of here." She looks to him. "I may not like you but you are the heir, get out of here now. Hunter don't kill him. Our conversation is not over with."

"That makes things harder. I'm equipped to kill, as you must have noticed." Matthew jumped him, but his instincts kicked in and he managed to get Matthew turned around and held him against himself, his wooden stake on his heart. "I really want to kill you, Matt. I'm sure you can see as much for yourself. And, for Sapphire, I'll try not to. But don't doubt that I will if I have to."

She looks to them both. "Hunter keep him alive. Now get out of Here! Now!"
She plunges forward just as the ground began to shake. The shadows grew darker and the energy cold. A human with magic powers. The sensation of a demon was also in the air.
As the darkness grew it surrounded the area ,making it difficult to see. A demon was only ever wanting one thing. More power. Being a king would give him a lot of that.

Hunter ran as quick as he could with Matthew fighting against him, which was not fast, being a human.

In the darkness Sapphire met with the demon who possessed the human mage. Not a good combination. She growls at the male who only smirked at her.
"You know Guardian. You and your companion there should learn to keep more out of sight. An heir to the throne. Couldn't help but hear you didn't like him. Perhaps you will like my reign instead."
She snorts a bit. "You Malice would be worse than even him. You would destroy the entire world for your own amusement. Besides I thought you were banished from this world."
He smirks. "There is always a way back. Now do you think you can stall me any longer. You are weakened thanks to that boy and a human can't out run me. I see victory in mind."
She snaps her jaws and lunges towards the figure only to get thrown by the massive energy shot from his hand. She hates mage magic. It was the worst and always stung.

Matthew managed to punch Hunter square in the jaw, bit he only pushed the stake further into his chest. "Please. Give me a reason to put this through your heart. I dare you."

Shaking herself she got back up. She glared at the demon who only smiled again. They circled one another before she lunges again. This time managing to avoid the blast and snap her jaws on his arm. He growled in pain before striking with another blast.
It flings her back again and this time she struggled to get back up. He glared at her. His arm broken now. "This isn't over Guardian." With that he disappeared.
She struggled to get back up but finally manages to do so and went in search of the men.

They hadn't gotten far. In fact, they were even still in sight of the entire occurrence. "That went well," said Hunter dryly.

Sapphire put her large dragon head in Matthew's face this time. She growls. "You will be given what respect you have earned. Now you have three options. I let Hunter kill you, I let the demon come back and kill you or you actually listen and we sit down and talk."
She was hurting greatly but she was pissed off at the moment.

She growled at the male. Her breathing was ragged and she looks to Hunter. "What do you care if his finally wish is followed or not? You didn't care for your father. Called him a traitor."

She flinched at the words. The male was just as aggravating as his father. She truly missed him.
With a shake of her head, she moves to try and scoop the male up. Her claws were gentle and she took care not to harm him. "You can't kill him." She sighs and nods to Hunter. "Get on, we need to get out of sight." The wound to her back and from tje fight with the demon, she was getting weaker by the second and needed to rest. Arguing with the boy would have to wait until later.

Matthew watched, noticing how weak she was. "Out of sight, huh? What are you planning on doing to- Hey! Watch it!" he exclaimed as Hunter tugged him jarringly away to get him away from the public.

Once they got to a safe location that was secure, she let her form return to her human one. The wound to her back had stopped bleeding finally but her skin looked like it had been burnt here and there.
She looks to Hunter then Matthew. "Will you behave or do we need to restrain you. "

She looks at him. "Right now, we are trying to keep you alive. We wouldn't have to restrain you if we could trust you." She grimaced slightly then sighs. "Next time I'll let you get hit with the damn blasts instead of me." She growls. "Ungrateful" she mutters. Then she looks to Hunter. "Don't kill him. " she moves to lay down. She needed to rest and was no longer in the mood to fight with the boy. She was about to shift and eat him at this point.

"To keep me alive? You're the only ones harming me. I have no fear for my life." But then he saw his opportunity. He could let Sapphire go to sleep, then kill the Hunter in one quick surprise move, kill Sapphire as she slept and escape.

"Gladly," agreed Hunter. At first Matthew remained confident, knowing that he could easily break out of his ropes, but them he saw Hunter coating the ropes with holy water.
"Hey, hey, hey! No one mentioned torture."
"It's just a little hot water. You'll live." He then coated the rope with gasoline as well. "Unless you get too uncontrollable, that is. Your choice: Pain or death. Water or fire."
He made to tie him up, but Matthew moved quickly, grabbing his neck in one hand and choking him. Hunter dropped the rope, gasoline and holy water, the latter two if which began to spill out onto the ground.

Sapphire tenses and turns around as she hears the commotion. She growls and moved toward the pair. "Let him go right now!" She glances to the ground, she could smell the two different mixtures that had spilled. She could light one but Hunter was too close, he would get hurt.
She was really getting annoyed with this kid and she glances to the sky, thinking to Alistair.

Matthew, as one might expect, did not let him go, instead choking even tighter. Hunter managed to pull out his lighter and drop it in the gasoline, causing Matthew to stumble back and fall as flames erupted, with hand ending up in the holy water. He yelped, then sprang up and attempted to shove Hunter's face in the flames. Hunter dodged the attack and pushed Matthew headfirst into the fire.

She tenses and started muttering curses as she ran forward. She tried to catch Matthew before he went head first into the flames. As much as she wanted to see the boy burn a bit, she knew it wasn't going to help the situation any.

Too late. He fell in and was lucky to get back out alive. He found the nearest flask of water and poured it over the flames continuing to envelope his body. And screamed, discovering the hard way that it was holy water. He fell to the ground, shaking tremendously from anger and pain.

She tenses and grabs the actually flask with water and moved to him with a blanket as well.
She was so tired but she went to him and tried to ease his pain.

"Get away from me, beast!" he uttered, standing abruptly. "Stand back, or you will regret it!"
Hunter carefully raised a stake and positioned himself silently behind Matthew. He looked at Sapphire, his expression pleading her to let him kill him, and warning that he'd do it soon, with or without her approval.
