A bored looking teenager sat behind the desk, staring at Yume lazily with bright yellow eyes, "We only allow our members inside, do you have a meeting with Yumiko?" She asked

The girl's jaw worked for a moment as she thought, then she nodded, "She is always careful about the volunteers," she said with something like awe in her voice as she reached into a drawer, "You know what you're doing?"

The girl nodded and handed Yume a key, "Then you know what happens if you break the rules or lose your key," She said somewhat darkly, then gave a nonchalant smile, "Enjoy."

The door was locked and had a sign that read the exclusive clubs rules:
1) no one who is not given a key is permitted inside, assisting someone to gain access without a key will result in punishment
2) volunteers are here strictly on a consentual basis, using a volunteer without their consent will result in punishment
3) any exessive use of or harmful behavior to a volunteer will result in punishment
4) any lost or misused keys will result in punishment
5) disrespect of staff members will result in punishment
5) punishment severity will be determined by club owner, and may range from suspension, banishment, or termination

Yume read the rules carefully, becoming even more concerned as to what a "volunteer" did and what she had signed up more. She took a deep breath, unlocking and opening the door slowly.

Inside looked a lot like what one would find in a brothel, except almost every person inside had bright yellow eyes like Aika's and Fumito's. The first couple Yume spotted coming through the door was a yellow eyes man that was kissing the neck of a giggling woman, not three feet away from her in the crowded space. Except when the man pulled away from the girl...
There was blood. Coming from two puncture wounds on her neck. The woman giggled again as the wounds closed within seconds and the man, the vampire, flashed her a devilish grin.
She soon could see multiple couple's like this, one vampire woman was macking with a tall, handsome young human, looking like he was more a snack than a fun time.
Unbeknownst to Yume, Jun was across the room, sitting at the bar and sipping on a red liquid in his cup, with a small human woman hanging over his arm and smiling shyly up at him before leaning in and whispering something in his ear, her cleavage blocking most of his view as he tried waving her off.
"Hey, you open baby?" Another male with yellow eyes looked hungrily at her, he was a giant with broad shoulders and a mean face, he looked her up and down, "you're new... Hm, I'll be extra careful for you, darling, we can even go in one of the private rooms..." He purred, getting closer to her and taking her chin between his fingers, smiling wide enough to show a set of fangs

Yume took in the scene with her eyes carefully, a great feeling of fear rising up within her. When the man approached her, she hardly heard anything he said, but she definitely saw his fangs. She backed against the wall instinctively, trembling slightly as she just stared up at the man.

He stepped with her, towering the small girl and chuckles, his eyes glinting with delight over her fear. "It's been a while since I've felt alive during a feeling, all of these humans are too.... Willing," he spoke in a voice made of silk, leaning down and laying the gentlest kiss on her neck, playing with her

He chuckled again, paying no mind to her begging as another arm wrapped firmly around her stomach, a hiss sounding close to her ear, "this one is mine..." a familiar voice nearly growled.
The man looked up at Jun, his grin only widening, "I don't see any mark on her, so, dibs..." He replied, grabbing one of Yume's wrists and pulling her towards him.
Then, with an enormous roar, the huge man was flying across the space like he weighed no more than a feather, slamming into the end of the bar and leaving it in pieces. Jun's eyes were now pitch black, and his face, turned into the picture of pure rage, had four pointed fangs bared. He walked to the man and picked him up by his shirt, straining the fabric, and pinned the man to the wall, "I said...," his hiss somehow more intimidating than the roar, but he was cut off by another loud voice.
"Jun Kanemoto, I just had that bar fixed!" Yumiko's fierceness carried with her words, and even the terrifying Jun immediately halted hearing it.
At this point, a crowd had formed around them, and it now split to reveal the very woman who had led Yume there, a proud glint barely showed in her eyes when she looked at the girl before turning back to Jun, her arms crossed.
"And over a human..." She teased cruelly, "Your father is going to pay for that." She asserted.
"I... Apologize, miss Ono..." Jun said with a slight bow, "He was violating your rules, this... Volunteer... Did not consent to his actions..."
Yumiko's attention turned back to Yume, "is this true?" She asked, or demanded

Yume, in slight shock from the events that had transpired before her so quickly, could only nod in response. Her eyes darted to Jun, feeling slightly angry and scared all at the same time.

Yumiko nodded and gave a wicked smile, "then, a punishment is in order I think," the sentence got a 'ooooh' from the crowd as though they were excited for it, "I suggest, Jun, that you escort our... Volunteer... To her room." She stalked towards the man that laid on the floor, stopping for only a second to pull Jun down by his collar to whisper in his ear before letting him go and picking the man up with inhuman strength.
Jun did not hesitate in wrapping his arm around Yume again and pulling her towards the exit, unable to contain the occasional growl that came out when other vampires looked at her for too long.

Yume allowed herself to be pulled out of the club and up to her room, being silent the whole way.

Jun was livid, the idea of Yume being in that club by herself, of what could have happened to her, setting him completely on edge so that he felt that he might explode.
He was rough pushing her in the door, and he knew that as soon as he shut the door that he needed to calm down. He pinned himself against the door facing her and tried taking deep breathes, his eyes flipping from red to black multiple times before he half growled "why are you here?!"

"Gee, I don't know, maybe because you left so suddenly after getting my hopes up so high?!" She crossed her arms, furrowing her brow. "Didn't anyone ever teach you not to play with a girl's emotions?"

He crossed his arms too, a grumpy look on his face, but her unexpected backtalk pulled him away from the edge, "how did you find this place?" He asked, more gently but still with obvious frustration

He stared at her, his eyes squinting, no one ever said the actual word out loud, but for her...
He sighed and stepped closer to her, leaning down so that his bright eyes were inches away from hers, and hissed quietly, "I'm a vampire"

His eyebrows rose in concern, then he laughed and stood back up, "it means involving yourself with me is signing up for your death." As he said it his eyes flashed again

"If you don't want to involve yourself with me romantically, that's just fine, however you did promise that you would take me to the mainland and help me find my father. Are you the kind of man to break a promise?"
