"And now he's decided to waste his time on me..." Mari said then she turned back to Siena. "You know I'm not poor right? I'm just not rich either. My mom is a pretty successful business woman. She's just never home is all and I my aunt enjoys spending the money more anyways." She said with a playful glare and stuck her tongue out at her trying to make the situation less serious.

After dinner, Matteo arrived home and took Mari back to get her bike. From there, Mari drove two towns over and finally, after asking around, found The Immortal Layer. At the time it was around 11:15 and the club was packed with gothic and alternative looking people, and there was a line with a bouncer at the door who was a very skinny, short boy, dressed in all black with piercing yellow eyes. The building itself looked like a run down amusement park horror ride almost with its very large sign announcing its name and cartoon bats drawn on the blacked out windows. From inside, Mari could hear the loud music pulsing all the way across the street where she had parked her bike. (I figure maybe she can have some fun in line listening to gossip lol)

(Yes. Lol) Mari felt a little nervous but knew she would fit in. Luckily she changed before leaving the mansion. She listened around for a bit to get names and see what the easiest way to get in would be.  |

At the front of the line the bouncer was asking for their year-long passes or $5 for each person who didn't have one for the night. Young adults were chattering away in line, some were acting like it was nothing, as if they came every night, others were jumping in place, so excited to finally go in
"Did you hear the rumors?!" One girl wearing all black with baby blue accents asked her friend with more piercings than stars in the sky, "I heard this place is run by ACTUAL vampires!!" She squealed

Mari rolled her eyes at the girls figuring it was just the typical "vampire" person with false teeth and a cheap act. Mari pull out a $5 from her bra and walked up to the bouncer.

He let her in, eyeing her as she passed him in a slightly creepy way
When she was in, it was complete chaos, everything was so dark with the exception of some neon lights on the walls and ceiling, there were a few large fake bats hanging from the ceiling, a huge dance floor was a slightly raised platform in the middle and bodies were packed so tightly on it she couldn't see more than a foot through. There was a long bar that stretched the entire length of one side, and on the other sides were small shop-like areas that sold random things like jewelry, "blood vials", fortune telling, and the like, there were three doors on the last corner and over the top of two red "vampiresses" and "vampires" with the bathroom symbol between them. While the place seemed pact and messy, it was actually very clean and well-taken care of

Mari eye the place and took in the crowd, with it this packed she stuck to the walls to move through the club. She had a hard time making out any faces and was afraid of making eye contact with someone creepy which sure enough, she did. A man who looked to be 6ft or so with biceps the size of her head and golden eyes that looked like they could cut with a single glance. He had dark hair and pale skin with bags under his eyes. He started going in her direction. Mari started to beeline it to the ladies room hoping he wouldn't follow.

(Is he supposed to be another vampire? If so I'll tell you the difference between the red and yellow eyes, they also only have one set of fangs where the red ones have two haha)
The bathrooms had black walls with red stalls, a girl with bright yellow eyes turned to look who was coming in, she had a safety pin in her eyebrow and sported a liberty spikes Mohawk, she made a face of restraint when she came in (maybe a new vampire lol), then turned back to the mirror to fix her black lipstick

(Ya, I'm trying to get it to where she accidently stumbles into a vampire feeding room thing. Like where people are throwing themselves at the vampires because they're crazy people like that. That way it promotes the attack. IDK. Lol)

(Haha so in this area Vampires are not allowed to kill people, but in this club there are feeding rooms like where volunteers are but they still aren't killed, Ravens orders she's kinda queen here lol)

Mari shut herself in a stale for a minute. Her heart was racing and her breathing was a little fast. She felt around her thigh for the knife she had hooked to her garter under her dress.

The door opened again and someone whispered to the girl "are you going to the basement tonight?"
"Yeah, I really need to fill up again..." Her voice got extremely low then "I almost slipped about a week ago, I really need to be more careful..."

Mari was curious and waited for the two to leave and cautiously followed them until she stood in front of the door. She hesitated before walking in.

The door itself read "The Basement" and below it said "DO NOT ENTER!"
When she went through is there was a very tight, windy dark hallway that slanted down and was lighted only by a couple of dim light bulbs hanging from the ceiling
When she got to the end of the hallway, there was a door that was locked. It's wood was engraved "no entry without designated key". Behind the door, Mari could hear more thumping music.
Then she heard giggled coming from above her, followed by a males voice, sounding seductive and playful

Mari thought back to the card. 'He must have the key...' she said. She waited for the voices above her and decided, maybe she could get someone to let her in by trying to be seductive herself. But could she even attempt pulling off seductive? As she was lost in thought a voice came from right behind her. It wasn't familiar "you look lost sweet heart." The gruff unfriendly voice said

(If you want to play him that's fine, the only other thing I should tell you first is that the ones with yellow eyes are basically the impure vampires, aka not born a vamp but turned, so they can't go against the ones with red eyes, physically they're weaker and their instincts make them unable to go against. I'm thinking this guy is gonna think she's a volunteer and try to take her to a back room)
