How Do I Post?

I know that this is kind of silly, but this site is really different from one I used to use. How do I post, anything?! Very confused. I tried looking for the new thread button but it wasn't there!

Clearly you were able to post this, so you must have found the new thread button.

my suggestion, make sure you have read the site rules: theroleplays.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=rules&action=display&thread=1834
