She thought for a moment, before answering, "My mother was very kind, and sweet, and she had the prettiest smile, and the best baking in the whole world... My father was strict, and didn't smile much, but... But I guess he still loved me..." She said, truthfully, it was difficult to remember the better parts of her father after spending so long seeing him as inherently evil, and her face showed the difficulty when it came to him

"I don't remember anything good about him... After insisting to myself that he was evil..." If she was honest about herself, "It's still hard not to think..." She couldn't finish the sentence, when it was him she was talking to. The indoctrination from her teachings would stay with her forever, she knew it, because of how she had to force herself not to think of him as evil as they spoke. She took a deep breath, feeling as though she may cry again, and feeling like a baby because of that. "I... I worked so hard, to be good in their eyes..."
