He quickly shook his head. "N-No...! It's..." He stopped, squinting his eyes slightly at Milo. "...Hey, you have something on your cheek."

Daniel lifted his hand and placed it on Milo's cheek. He gulped quietly before quickly leaning in for a kiss.

Daniel pulled away after a few more seconds, staring at him with wide eyes. He quickly jumped up and ran out of the office as fast as he could.

Milo felt his face flush as he flopped backwards into his chair. What just happened? Was that a kiss? Was he just kissed by a student? Was this a weird dream? That couldn't possibly have just happened. It wasn't real. Had he even gotten out of bed yet?

Daniel hurriedly grabbed his things and rushed out of the classroom, returning to his dorm. Why had he done that? He kissed his professor, something that was extremely taboo. The worst thing was he didn't regret it and he would've done it again if he had the chance.

The rest of Milo's day was a complete blur, and he found himself back home without even realizing how he got there.

Daniel hadn't gone to any other classes all day. He was lying on his bed, biting his nails nervously. It was wrong of him to do something like that to Milo, and he was sure that the professor no longer wanted him in his class any longer. He sat up and pulled out his laptop, sighing as he began to write the teacher an email.

Daniel sighed as he sent the email, watching it send.
"I'm sorry for today, Professor Green. I will be seeing about pulling out of your class tomorrow morning."

A notification popped up on Milo's screen, and he clicked on it immediately. His eyes widened as he read the email from Daniel, and he hurriedly wrote and sent a reply.
"Daniel, please don't drop the class so rashly! Can we meet tomorrow to talk? -Milo"

Milo sighed and closed his laptop, then got ready for bed. Maybe after talking to Daniel he would feel better about the whole situation. At least he could make some sense of it, right?
