Mari could feel her cheers grow red knowing she wouldn't be getting out of this one. She opened the door slowly, peeking her head around it. "Are you sure?... I can just come out there and let you wonder." She joked nervously knowing ravens wrath was upon her, she was about to be picked on. (XD)

Mari slipped the robe down past her shoulders to completely open her neck for Raven to see the wound. "It's not as bad as it looks I promise. I almost didn't Otis this morning..." Mari said trying to make it seem like it wasn't a big deal.

"Holy sh**!" She exclaimed "wow! Your skin bruises so quick! He tried to kill you!" She joked "come this way I'll help clean it up" she said, walking out the door and then down the hall, her hair swooshing inches from the floor

Raven really was beautiful, Mari couldn't help but feel like a rag doll compared to Raven but felt close with the girl the whole time, after all she was the only person Mari could talk to or be honest with everything to. "Thank you.." she said softly.

"Don't mention it" she said when they reached the huge bathroom, she motioned her to sit on the closed toilet seat and soaked a wash rag in the sink for her wound before pressing it to her skin "Falco had such dark skin his never really showed much..."
(Okay I'm going to bed now before I totally pass out lol)

(Time warp cuz I'm friggin impatient)
Raven took her out shopping for a few hours, offering to buy her anything she wanted yet really Mari didn't seem too interested in clothing or jewelry, after they got bored they decided to head to the club, "oh yeah," Raven said "I forgot to give you this." She handed Mari a golden skeleton key with "Basement" ingrained on it "just make sure you put your hair up so your mark shows if you use it"

"Haha I love people like you" she said "let's get drunk tonight... But first we have to go check my room" she said, going around to the metal elevator around back, when they got to her room everything looked the same as before, except now Mari was noticing the paintings that were up beside her original royal one. They were smaller portraits of her, and seemed much more... Alive. Rather than the stark, plain royal painting that the main one was, these were more vivid, with more obvious paint strokes and more emotion in them, in these pictures she seemed happy. One painting in particular also caught Mari's eyes because it wasn't Ravina in it, it was a man with muddy blond curls on his head, brownish, rough looking skin, dark eyes with happiness showing all over them, and a grin so big it must have hurt

Seeing the paintings Mari figured the man was flaco and the joy was portrayed before he died... no... before Hera's killed. "It's lovely in here Raven.' She said.
