Hello,my name is Jane and I do rp for fun,I want to join these,but can you guys/girls mentor me on how you do it

Well you've come to the right place. As a roleplay veteran I often mentor newbies in the way of the roleplay.

I am called Hiroku, it's a pleasure to meet you, Jane. Feel free to ask anything you'd like concerning roleplay. Have you roleplayed at all or is this your first attempt? Any genres you like in particular?

I myself am in to fantasy mostly, although I do gifted humans on occasion and currently am hosting a roleplay concerning vampires.

And many more,I try and stretch my variety

Well,one question is:
Must I rp in a certain way,like:

My way- *opens the door,it creaks**nervously*hello
Or
Other- Jane opened the door,it creaks. "Hello" she says nervously
Or
I open the door,it creaks, "hello" as I said nervously

Third person past tense is what we do here, so --Jane opened the door, it creaked, "Hello," she said nervously.

*sighs*this is gonna be hard...can't I do 1st person with u guys,I suck at 3rd person
