Hi, my names Akao. I'm currently living in the north west region of the united states. I've come to this site in hopes to find good role plays. I have role played on many other sites forum an singular sites as well. Examples Skype though with a dislike an many years on Chatango. Which I sadly see dying before my eyes, like its site before. I'm a para-multi para role player. My grammar an English are yet to be perfect as I have a language barrier. Each day I brake it down some more however, thier's some odd rules to grammar. Heck, i'm not sure I used the right Their just now. As for the role play themes I have done in the past. A list will be put below.
Fantasy- Vampire, mermaid, Shape shiftier, ware-animal, Ghoul, Angle ect.
Sci-fi- Android, future human, Allien ect.
Mech- Normally pilot/military occasionally Sport.
Anime based- To long of a list to list.
Manga based
Tv Show based-Star gate, Far scape, Angle, The original an more.
Movie based- Avatar (the one with the Na'vi not airbender) A few others none come to mind.
Book based- Divergent is the most current one I have 'tried'. In the past I have done many fictional Warriors role play as in the cat clan book.
Original- anything I or another made from scratch.
Holy war- Be it demon, angle or human.
Hunter/huntress- Demon, Spirits ect.
Animal- Be it pack or on one own. Wolf,Horse,Cat an dog is the most common
Gifted Human
Dna Injected
Crime/Punishment-Police, CIA/CSI/FBI Agents at time private company employ.
Adventure
Super natural- shrien maiden, spirit ect.
Action
An that's about all that I can think off of the top of my head. In any case, I can't wait to meet you all an role play!

Hi and welcome to the boards! Great list of role plays that you like to do. Sounds like you're very flexible in your writing. That is a good thing.

Their not all likes their just things I have role played in the past. When you do a lot of one on ones you end up trying a lot of things. Also in general I like to write so i've tried a few different styles. Its why I have posted the first adventure role play, after all I saw none posted before.

Welcome to the boards!! It's good to be versatile on a flexible forum like this one  Also a note: There may have been Adventure RPs before, but once a thread has been deemed 'dead' it goes to the archives. This site has actually been around for quite awhile, so there have been a lot of Adventure RPs I'm sure.. Just not many current ones |

When is a role play deemed "dead" as I see some that have not been posted in for a few months. Maybe its just me but I end up pulling the kill switch on dead role plays after a month of no one posting. I bet that others have come before, but its the first one to pop up on it for now.

Not really a fancy formula. We do have a few members that take time to post though. So I give them two months to post and then delete them at the end of the third month. So approximately 90 days to make a new post.

Wow that's much more forgiving then I would be. After thirty days of no posting, in most role plays. That a flag to show no one cares for the role play any more unless some gets really sick or hospitalized. Then I can understand the longer time. I had that happen I myself was sick back to back two weeks an then the fallowing week someone got hurt really badly they couldn't post since we did multi-para an it was a hand injury.

Sometimes there's a mistake with the participated bar and they simply didn't know that the other updated. It's doesn't happen often but it does happen. Though I admit it can lead to a bit of a writer's block or stopped the flow of someone's thoughts or ideas about the role-play during the hiatus, but as long as you have chemistry with the other, the fire can be rekindled.

After about ten days no matter the good chemistry I find it hard to pick up on a role play that's been dead that long. I know that's mostly just me but it happens its why I try to keep it going an if it end due to sickness or injury I try really hard to reboot it so the other person or people stay happy.

Fair enough. Most people here are very laid back. If the role play ends, it's not the end of the world. There's a lot of people who were here who don't come anymore. Just role-plays and just disappearing. So, I'm sure others here wouldn't give too much thought to a rp suddenly ending.

Sadly that happens every ware now a days. It's annoying an frustrating but real life comes before role play an I understand that. A warning or good bye nice though, so people don't wait forever on someone to post!

Agreed. Still, most people here are very nice, welcoming, and open to different times of role-plays so hopefully you can find a new Roleplay home here.

Hopefully, so far no luck as no one wants to join the original role play or the warrior role play. An I have yet to come across a role play I want to join. Be it the type of role play or the content in which is written. I've become spoiled/trained to do para up so its impossible to role play with a line or less. Sadly I cant join the wolf role play, or I might kill the people their lol!

a lot of people do 'one on one' roleplays on this site. So if you find someone's style that you do like, maybe try shooting them a message about roleplaying with them. Even if it is just with one other person, you can still make your own rules and have multiple characters etc. Just an idea, don't want you to get too discouraged |

No need to worry about me with one on ones. On chatango the site was used to chat then role play an sadly turned into a waste land due to. Well the nicest pg way I can say it. Would be people showing their body an asking for some 'love'. Many roleplays have flead because of this crap! However, back to my main point. All you can do on it is one on one role plays, i'm a custom to playing many people so its quite alright! However its also nice to have a full on group, I just have to find people who like the kinds I have posted. If thiers any on here long ago before Neopets became to kiddy an when I didn't para it was a good place for wolf, warrior an various role plays. Now you cant scratch,hit,bite ect, An its to small for me now with the 300 character limit. This is typing in case I wasent clear.
