Hello everyone. I'm here obviously because I like to role play. So a little about myself. Usually like things a little faster paced and will do my best not to kill my characters when things aren't moving quickly enough. However as for the role play side of things I haven't had any practice in it for a little over 7 years. So forgive me if I sound a little rusty. Hope to meet you all on here at some point. Will be looking at the threads for a role play to join in the next few days.
And I almost forgot you can call me by the username: Silence. Hehe we are a fairly quiet group if you consider the noisiest we get is the tapping on the keyboards. We even laugh in type style. (lol) Well anyway out for the night and catch up later. |

So Silence, let me ask you this, as an adult and not necessarily the age of most members here, what has gotten you into role-playing and how did you come by this site?

I used to role-play about 7-8 years ago with a group of friends. Then went to college and was very busy for many years. Now I'm a little more settled and have time on my hands. Writing was always one of my hobbies and its fun to do something random with the writing instead of always trying to finish writing in my books.
Found this site scrolling through the proboard directory. Looking for an rp site where I didn't have to know about Harry Potter or play a vampire or something like that. Like it here for the flexible play and choices of rp. Most sites are themed and here there is a variety. Otherwise if you are wanting to know more I feel more comfortable with a pm from persons. Don't care to post a lot of private information on a board that even guests can view.
