Hey guys, Roane here.
Erg, well, basically I just wanted to see what people thought of my roleplaying. Been here for about a year now, and not been on any other roleplaysite or whatever. I just wanted to know what other members thought of me, because really, I don't know what you guys think of me and my roleplaying. Just post any comments, criticisms, or what ever you want to post about me. Don't worry about insulting me, I won't be offended (Probably will dislike your post, but won't take it offensively.). Just... go ahead and say something about me. Say something about my roleplaying. Say something about my OCs and how unoriginal they are (Yes, I'm calling myself out on that. OCs are difficult for me.) Say something about me in general. I just want to know.

Lol, really though, I don't think you're that bad of a RPer, really. Sometimes I think you have poor grammar, but then again I suffer the occasional grammar fail as well, so it's not a big deal.
If you want some advice, I'd suggesting slowing down a bit, taking the time to make sure your spelling, punctuation and grammar are right, and lighten up a bit. You're a pretty decent writer and RPer.
Maybe I should ask people to criticize me...

I really enjoy roleplaying with you Ro. Xela is right that sometimes your Grammar is a little messy, but who's isn't? I agree with him that taking your time and re-reading your post before actually posting it will help out loads with that though.
You understand that roleplaying is about interaction and we can't write stories if a character is monologue-ing to his of herself. You usually give people a chance to respond to your actions, which is a wonderful thing in the rp universe. You make your posts flow instead of jumping around like a lot of newbies tend to do, yet another +.
The only crit I can offer is that you are a reaction roleplayer and don't really instigate events in rp. From what I've seen, you reply to things happening to you rather than start something up within the rp. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but when rps slow down, learning how to speed things up again without making it seem to forced, awkward, or strange is a useful skill. I struggle with this too in both roleplaying and writing in general.

Note: Dangit I knew I spelled criticize wrong... I blame it on typos... No that was really me... Grammar... yes I am mos definitely trying to work on my grammar. Grammar is relativley tough for me. I try to remember all of it but... it's English, too many rules. XD kit's other critisism: I've kind of noticed that as well. A lot of the roleplays that I'm in die quickly, probably because others get tired of instigating things and I just reacting to them. I do need to work on that... |

You spelt criticise right.... for me anyway, cause I'm English.... with the 'z' is the American way... so it all depends on if you're English or American on the spelling.

So am I. Most of the time I just put random letters together and hope that some other person hadn't already stolen that name in WoW!! XD Man, I'm serious.
But anyway... Just to get a little of a point here this is how I view myself as it is:
1) I'm not very distinctive
2) Not too dedicated
3) Extremely out of focus.
4) Awkward.
5) Lazy
6) I can't get any good ideas
7) Entertained by the simplest things
8) a bit too rash
9) a bit too rude
10) Obsessive
11) Bad at grammar, and spelling.
If anyone else agrees, please post so.

Rusty I do agree. Well, to add, we both enjoy Legend of Zelda, Snivy, and Pokemon, we both are on this site, and so on and so forth.

Though I will say that in reference to the British thing, England has cursed me. The three years I lived there I learned how to (mis)spell colour, realize, aeroplane, aluminium, moustache, mum, pyjamas, sledge, speciality, and whilst. (And criticize)
I also frequently call a trashcan a bin and use random other British phrases.
There you go Roane I commented (and had nothing to do with the topic).

I enjoy roleplaying with you. ^^ And everyone has their faults. Look at me. I have a busy week, get frantic, then forget this place exists every few months. Then I feel guilty because any roleplay I joined/created lags or gets erased. (I'M SO SORRY. *weeps*) And if you saw how I roleplayed my first year or so... Not. Pretty. I still cringe sometimes when I think about it. So not everyone's perfect. But you're a pretty cool roleplayer. And if you find faults in your style, it means that you aren't lying to yourself about it and can only get better.  |

Thanks guys for all the comments (EXCEPT FOR LILY BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T PUT IN HER TWO CENTS :-P)... though I do want critisisms. Can anyone think of anything I can improve on the most, besides grammar and instigating? Anything I've been doing better since the making of this thread? Questions about some of the things I do? Answers to these questions? Yadayadayada.
