Jazz, Love, and myself created it yesterday. All three of us are admins, but we're in desperate need for more members!
Please check it out.
It's slightly similar to TRPS with the rules and such, so you won't have to get used to too much.
One major difference, however, is that joining with a second account is a must if you want to have more than one character. You can only have one charrie per account, since it is a one-topic forum.
The main table on the home page will tell you most of the information you need to know.
