Yet for some reason, my husband refuses to acknowledge the pain I have clearly seen, and sometimes I wonder if there is someone out there who would see it as soon as it appeared..." She sighed. "It doesn't matter. Get out of my room."

Okiku went back into her room for the night after washing their dishes, not coming back out all night.
The next morning Hideyoshi woke up early to prepare a carriage for another outing between him and his wife.
