If you can't drive...learn...fast. Or find a very very very good lawyer, because if you don't they will expect you to represent yourself. Yes, in Australia you actually don't need a lawyer to go to court. Which was why I studied law, cause if I can't get a lawyer, at least I'd know what to do to save myself.
Cool! If you do come to Sydney maybe we might see each other! The air port is close by too ^^

Yes, poor Alvin. Lucky he has no idea of what Luna is plotting to do, YET.
You could talk to the solicitor, unfortunately, since your solicitor wouldn't know any Australian laws, he/she wouldn't be of much help. Although he/she may probably suggest if you have any problem, turn to the common law. Common law always helps in matters where a person from another country is ripped off in Australia, or just turn to the Department of Transportation (if he/she know that much about Australian law, he/she might suggest that too). They'll bust the taxi driver.
But he/she could help you in telling you how to go about complaining about being ripped off like that. It's just fortunate that England and Australia are one of the few countries in the world (like America) that go under the common law system and run courts by the adversarial system. Since generally, court proceedings and issuing of complaints are relatively the same in all countries of those legal systems. And if you have no idea what I mean by talking about the system of laws I was talking about...then your solicitor can explain it for you. Chances are, he/she would have a better definition than I would.

If Luna goes to Japan, then she'll be in the same time zone as me! COOL! I can go on the coast and look up North and wave at her, since Japan is directly above where I am in Australia XD although there's a lot of ocean between us
